What Are Small Gears?

Common small gears include spur gears, helical gears, worm gears, etc.
Straight tooth small gear: with straight tooth surface and gear shaft perpendicular to the transmission plane, it is widely used and suitable for high-speed and low load transmission.
Helical tooth small gear: The tooth surface is slanted, and the gear shaft is not perpendicular to the transmission plane. The shape of the helical teeth can greatly reduce the noise of the gear, making it suitable for high-precision and low-noise transmission.
Worm gear: A transmission method composed of a worm gear (also known as a worm) and a small gear, with a simple structure and a large transmission ratio, suitable for situations that require a large transmission ratio.
