Under normal circumstances, we will produce according to the customer's drawings. At the same time, we will evaluate the technical difficulties encountered in the production, provide suggestions to customers and assist them to complete the drawing design. If customers only have samples, we can also survey the samples, complete the drawing design by ourselves, to help customers develop products .

 

 

For powder metallurgy products, our company has the ability to open molds by itself, and has opened more than 2000 sets of molds so far. In our factory, we can control the mold progress and effectively shorten the mold opening time. At the same time, we will select high-quality materials such as tungsten steel to increase the wear resistance of the mold and prolong the service life of the mold. Our company has imported mold processing equipment such as slow wire walking, electric pulse, wire cutting, etc. Our engineers have more than 20 years of experience. Various drawing versions of customers, such as CAD, Pro-E, Solid Works and AutoCAD, can be accepted. In the process of mold manufacturing, we can combine the purpose of the product, reasonably construct the mold structure, overcome the mold's easy fracture in mass production, extend the mold's life, reduce the product post-processing process, and improve the product accuracy.

 

 

Our company has more than 30 presses, including 10T, 25T, 50T, 100T, 150T, 200T, 315T and 500T, used to produce powder metallurgy products. On average, 35 tons of finished products can be pressed every month. We have presses of different tonnage, and can select corresponding presses according to the product specifications and densities, which improves the flexibility of products.

Our company has a CNC machining center ,CNC lathes, milling machines, gear hobbing machines, gear grinders and other processing equipment. The product accuracy can reach grade DIN5, meeting customers' requirements for high accuracy products.

 

 

Our quality inspection equipment includes: Rockwell hardness tester, Browell hardness tester, gear runout instrument, plane runout instrument, universal testing machine, tooth projector, large coordinate measuring instrument, density instrument, carbon content analyzer, all kinds of calipers. Our company has complete quality inspection equipment, to ensure that the hardness, density, strength, accuracy of products can meet customer requirements.
