Since 2007, a manufacturer of high-pressure cleaners in Italy has been cooperating with us to produce powder metallurgy gears. Due to the high precision and low cost of our powder metallurgy gears, the customers have improved the quality of their washing machines, and reduced the price for its end customers, which improves their competitiveness, and further expands the market. Customers really appreciate our powder metallurgy processing technology.
The Indian customer is a manufacturer of reducers. Since the previous gear material is steel and it is difficult to process, low in output and high in cost. The customer contacted us in 2016, and we communicated with the customer, made cost comparison and performance comparison of different processing technologies. The customer decided to use powder metallurgy processing technology to process their planetary gears and ring gear. In the end, the production of the reducer has been improved, the production cost has been reduced, and the product has become more competitive in the market.
This is the rotary tiller gear we produce for our Russian customers. We use teeth grinding processing, and the gear accuracy reaches DIN 6 level. High precision gears can keep the rotary tiller running at high speed without causing excessive noise and fatigue damage to the gears.
