Manufacturing process
It adopts powder metallurgy sintering technology, and the specific production steps include:
1. Mixing: According to the mass fraction, add 100 parts of iron powder, 3-5 parts of copper powder, 1-2 parts of graphite powder, 1.5-2.5 parts of quartz sand, and 0.5-1 part of chromium into the mixing machine, and spray water for uniform mixing.
2. Molding: Draw the mixed powder into the mold of the hydraulic press and press it under pressure to form it. The overall density should be maintained at 6.6g/cm ³ or above.
3. Sintering: Place the pressed green body into a mesh belt furnace and perform subsequent processes such as sintering in a specific gas environment (such as hydrogen) to ultimately form the product.
