Material Composition
Using bronze powder (such as tin bronze and phosphor bronze) as the base material, mixed with solid lubricants such as graphite and molybdenum disulfide, and formed through processes such as pressing, sintering, and oil immersion, it contains a large number of micropores inside and can store lubricating oil for self-lubricating.

• Self lubrication: Micro porous oil storage automatically leaks out during friction, without the need for additional lubrication maintenance;

Selection precautions
1. Load and speed: It is recommended to use a speed of ≤ 3m/s and a radial load of ≤ 20MPa;
2. Working environment: Avoid dust and corrosive media, and use high-temperature resistant lubricating oil in high-temperature environments;
3. Installation fit: The clearance between the shaft and the bearing should be controlled at 0.01~0.03mm, as interference fit can easily cause micro hole blockage;
4. Maintenance cycle: After long-term shutdown, it is necessary to re immerse in oil to activate lubrication performance.
