Turning process flow
(1) Material cutting. Firstly, the selected material needs to be cut, and the length of the cut should be slightly greater than the length of the required bushing. Cutting can be done using equipment such as cutting machines and metal saws.
(2) End face machining. For the end face of the bushing, it is necessary to perform chamfering or drilling to facilitate the smooth progress of subsequent processing work.
(3) Rough turning and trimming. According to the requirements for bushing processing, rough turning is carried out first, and the entire bushing is completed by smoothly connecting the head and tail. Then fine tune and adjust the dimensions and surface processing requirements of the bushing to the optimal state.
(4) Heat treatment. For large-scale production of bushings, heat treatment is required. Heat treatment can improve the hardness and stability of materials, enabling the bushing to achieve better performance.
